Are you a 21st century learner/teacher?

Let’s talk about 4Cs for 21st
century learning: Critical thinking, Communication, Collaboration and
Creativity. These 4 skills are the most important skills for students in 21st century. Each of
these skills help students succeed in work and life. Critical thinking includes
abilities to analyze, evaluate and
interpret. Communication refers to expressing feeling and sharing ideas with
people. It also requires the ability to use language efficently. Collaboration includes
working with others to achieve a goal as a group. Creativity refers to
brainstorming and improving ideas. However, the most crucial part is to
remember these 4Cs during our learning and teaching.
Today, the aim of the teaching is that
students learn to use the language by integrating technology into instruction
to enhance learning. Moreover, today’s learners are ‘‘doers’’. They create
their works, share their ideas and communicate with people who are all around
the world.
So, do you have skills that every 21st
century learner/teacher must have?
Love, Rana.
