Image
Hi again! This time, my post is about Wikiing . For this assignment, I created a wiki page about a book that I recommend you.   In this page, I explained, critiqued and rated it. I also shared my favourite quote with you. Taken from here . The book that I recommend is "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen .  It is one of the most recognized works when it comes to English Literature. The story is set in rural England in early 1800s and the main characters are Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet . If you want to read my review about the book, you can click here . Love,   Rana.

Teaching with Technology Philosophy Statement

Image
Hi everyone! In this post, I am going to state my teaching with technology philosophy . Today’s kids found themselves in the technology age as soon as they were born. They were exposed to technology and now it is a natural part of their lifes. Being in touch with technology is not a matter for them. It is just a natural habit. Therefore, we called them ‘‘ digital natives ’’. They are more experienced than ‘‘digital  immigrants’’ that were not raised in the digital environment.   If I talk for myself, I was born in 1999 and I am not a digital native exactly but I am pretty close to native ones. Here, I think my teaching with technology philosophy statement must shaped because I am pretty sure my dear future students will be totally fearless about using technology. So, my duty as a teacher will be guiding them so that they can adapt technology to their education, especially language education. There are some questions that every teacher candidate in the 21 st century...

Podcast: Let's Make the World a Better Place!

The photo was taken from here . Hi everyone! This post is about podcasting . Podcasting is a great way to reach different ideas and interests from different people. Also, it is a very popular way to teach and learn. It is the first time that I made a podcast. It is an assignment for my course. When I learned that I had to make a podcast, I was really scared and concerned about this. However, it became easier after finding an inspiring idea to make the world a better place. Also, I think podcasts are educational in language classes and I can use them in my class. This is where I'm hosting my podcast. I hope my voice is tolerable. Please share your ideas with me. Love, Rana.

In early 1990s , the computer was stimulus and learners became active in learning process. Today , one of the major points is impoving students’ skills by integrating technology to enhance learning. In the timeline, I’ve showed some major points of technology development. Hi everyone! I’m going to talk about the major points and key words of 21 st century learning . Learning and teaching must take shape according to the needs of our time.
